Should TOP CITY Investors Switch To I-16 or FOECHS or UNIVERSITY TOWN?

New approved route to new Islamabad Airport will pass from Haji Camp area near I-14, I-16, FOECHS and University Town.

Is it time for Top-City Investors to move their money to I-16, FOECHS or UNIVERSITY TOWN? What about CBR Phase 2?

I think top city investors should wait for another 6 months .

What do you think that I-16 prices will shoot up due to this new route? and what is the current price going on in I-16 for 5 Marla plot?

There r 2 possibilities

1) Route z passing thru Top City-1

2) Route z not passing thru Top City-1

Option 1 will clearly give 100% boom to Top City. It has maximum chance. For 2nd option, even then Top City-1 will be only society close to the main Road/entrance. I agreed with Ch. Shahid Sb. Investor should wait

It would be a dedicated route with a boundary wall like motor way… No direct access to these landlock distant localities…similar fate as top city the access was denied. …

They are saying that as like on Rawal Road in Pindi (which gives access to fauji Foundation and Chah Sultan etc), they will give access to I-16.

Other than the boundary wall, the dedicated route will have two layers of electric wires on both sides.

It is still not known whether access will be given to I series on new route or not....

But I think prices in these sectors will increase many folds... Which people are already witnessing in I series.

I think top city investors should wait for at least one yar

Very happy to see GURUS here on this forum too. I have a question about CBR2, one of my friend is recommending CBR2 and as per him it will give very good return in coming years. Presently its at very low, any recommendations ??

I think Top City was presented to investors as a huge opportunity but in reality it is not so attractive due to following reasons:

  1. As one of our friends stated above, the access road would be dedicated one with no direct access to Top City from the airport route.

  2. Quality of development is below par

  3. Since like other housing schemes, most of the area of Top City is residential area, it is not a good idea to live under the heavy noise of airplanes even employees of airport will prefer to live in a reasonable place.

  4. Appreciation in price in the last one year is not very much charming too.

In my view one should shift his/her investment immediately from Top City to some good society (I will not give name of any society, people should decide according to their own preferences). The decision of court may also not be in favour of Top City. In that case situation for Top City will be even worse.

Better to move to I-16 or Foechs. This is the approved route now.
