Should invest in Ghauri Town Phase-7?
As you know it’s an illegal society having no noc from CDA. However in the short run it’s a good to make some money as prices are appreciating substantially. Buy and hold it for one or two years and sale it with good profit. But not recommended for construction and living as it can be risky. Rest it s your money and your decision.
Ya u r right appcake. But there is registry and intaqaal also have so in the presence of intaqaal there is no risk. Also in ghauri town phase lot of construction going on people are spending 80 to 90 lack for construction.
Dear Murtaza majority of the people constructing there to sale I guess. Risk factor I mentioned was not about registry or intiqal it is about special attention and care of Bhai log the most popular personalities of the area known as khokhar brothers. Ghauri is recommended for short term only.

AppCake is right about Ghori Town, but despite all odds, Ghouri town prices have rose appreciably over the last few months to unbelievable levels…
Well, people have earned alot from Ghauri Town, the prices rose dramatically, i don’t think it is a good short/long term investment, it is attractive, but i don’t think it is a sensible investment, Greed is a curse.
To me Ghouri is high risk investment for short term…

@ Ch Shahid yes you are right they have influence in all zone specially in zone v. As far as gaur I town is concerned I personally know some people who became fresh victims of this phenomenon. They constructed there and later on forcefully sold.
