Dear friends, i have a 5 marla plot, near world trade centre islamabad in dha phase 2.
This is on opposite side of wtc where gloria jeans is and my plot is near to parking plaza on back side
I am out of country and have not visited the area but i heard it's growing.
What is your advise to me with this regards, i am thinking about it 5 or 6 story plaza construction.
Is the area good and would it be worth it?
Also what should be my budget and time line
