I have heard a lot about new societies near to New International Airport, Islamabad. Societies like Mumtaz City, Top City-1 & PECHS.
What's your opinion, are these worth full investment for an investor for short term like 2-3 years where investment can be double?
Please advise.

all of them are good options in above mentioned options consider mumtaz city as its a small sector will be populated earlier then pechs and top city
I agree with Syed on this one. Mumtaz City has award winning infrastructure, small compact and appear to have most of the facilities intact but unsure whether this is for all the blocks? This is what I tried to query on this forum as it would save a trip the society office to find out. Only drawback I can see is the price, as for the price you pay for a 1 kanal you can buy in top city plus another society…so something to ponder about. Good option though!

top city is a good business option but we cant compare development of mumtaz city and top city time will prove it
Ok and what about PECHS. Top city is good for investment. Is this secure as well? I have heard that Top City and Mumtaz City are owned by single entity whereas PECHS are one of the well known in housing societies, but regarding PECHS i didnt find a seller in the market. Why is that so??As i am new in this real estate market thats why i am very concern to all aspect before get into it.

Yes all 3 societies PECHS, Top City, and Mumtaz city are safe investments. Visit the places and make a decision! Depends upon your budget also.

PECHS is the oldest and only society which has 3-4 blocks of possession plots. You can visit there and see the infrastructure on ground, unlike Top City, which has nothing to its name yet. You will only be able to see lush green fields there. Mumtaz City is also a good choice for investment as they have made good ground on their development and infrastructure.
I would recommend you to visit these 3 societies by yourself and then decide where to invest.

I think all three TC, MC and PECHS have their pros and cons. Top CIty is under development, nothing is ready yet so sounds a bit unsecure choice but it is much low priced as compared to MC and PECHS which gives it an edge over other two. MC has shown its quality and even has given posession of one of its blocks, so sounds more sercure. On the other hand prices are way high as compared to Top City. PECHS is cooperative soceity so seems more secure but TC and MC have an edge over it on location and access.
In short, before making decision on where to invest, one should keep our eyes and ears open.
