So i am difficulty deciding whether investing in a 7 marla plot in capital smart city would be a better option or blue world city is the better choice? Please give me some suggestions if possible.

BWC is currently struggling to get the NOC from RDA and there were news that they might not get it in near future due to land acquisition issues. Eventually they are hopeful to get it done but at the moment every thing is in the air.
Also, the development progress of BWC is slow as compared to CSCI, as they definitely have less resources than HRI, the developers of CSCI.
On the other hand, CSCI is progressing well and they got the NOC from the authorities as well. The 1st balloting ha also been done and they are heading towards the possession of Overseas-1.
My pick will be CSCI out of these two options.
Try to get the overseas old file with downpayment and confirmation paid from the market on reasonable profit. It will be better with the total price of total 2590000/=
New booking will cost you 3200000/= and will be matured later than old file.
