Asslam-o-alikum
I can invest 50 lac in real state (karachi). As i am new to this industry, so have to know clue how and where to start.
Please can you answers following question.
1). Should i enter with 50 lac. Will it be enough money to start.
2). I have no clue about real state industry. What are the useful online links/guidelines to know basics.
3) is is the right time to jump.

This business is very Risky. You need to get some experience first than invest your own cash.
For new entrants, the results could be devastating as pointed out by HT sb. I would suggest to get some know how of the sector through online forums, physical interactions with dealers, visits of various projects etc. Only then you should think of getting into this business.
