I am overseas Pakistani and want to buy a house in Islamabad. Should I contact any property dealer to help find me house in Islamabad or it is not safe to contact any dealer. How to find some reasonable property dealer. I searched forum and found 917 dealers in Islamabad. Please help. I don't want to be fooled/cheated by some property dealer.
Note for Zameen.com administrator: This is very good site but if you can setup some rating system to rate sellers. That will give additional confidence to buyer. Just a suggestion.

You can deal without a dealer but that can make problems for you as you are not awarded of procedures so it can make problems for you.
To find out a good dealer is a difficult task. 1st of all mention in which area you are interested try to go for expert dealer of that area rather then all rounder dealer.
After finishing of area contact 2 or 3 dealers of that area you can get contacts of them from Zameen.com and Jang classified.
I am interested in CDA sector F-11 or F in general. Do you have any list of dealer for F-11?

Size is 500 yards, its 10 bed room, with full basement, corner house, build by our self, builder involved, everything is high quality used, to save our time, I already have Rs 38 million offer, but I’m looking for 40 million+, its in sector E-11/4, Muree and Margalla face, proper corner.

As per your suggestion is concerned, we can add this feature but it would give rise to spamming and complexity. The fake sellers can also get good ratings to defraud the buyers.

As you mentioned you are looking house in F-11 CDA sector so transfer shall be made through CDA which No.1 secure thing to avoid fraud.CDA transfer is very fair now as I observed buying a plot in CDA sector recently.
Buy house in reliable developer even if you are getting a little bit low price.
