I have 2-2.5 million amount in hand, i want to enter as a short term gainer in real estate, dealers suggested me to do 2 bayanas worth 4-5 lacs, one in dha 8 z block 5 marla and 2nd in prism 9 5 marla, what i wanted to know here which areas in lahore do u find running like this where i can take this opportunity in the current scenario, so that plot sells within the bayana period and i move on to the next leaving me 1-2 lac rps(profit) (assumption)
I will make sure that if nothing happens i have the amount to buy that plot after the bayana period ends...If there are any other risks involved kindly state

This is depends on your infrastructure. If you have good contacts with people and great clients profile then yes you may get lucky. However this may not be the best time as real estate currently going very slow and prism since the launch of development charges is in reverse gear and price correction expected in coming days
