For short term investment i will suggest to invest in FMC, because it has possession and rates are lower than adjacent B-17 Blocks. Less risk and good returns, or you can invest in I-15/3 and I-16/2 as very positive news are comings and prices will get a hike soon.

Well said Khan.5 marla G block TC is totally risky so stay away.Naisr is right GMC is still reasonable if you compare with B-17 but before purchase must visit as i heard there is water issue.

I don't know why people are ignoring CBR-2 and AWT in low budget investment both are safe and at ground?

Whats impact on CBR-2 blocks & Residencia?

To me it seems veey undervalued.

If RRR goes back to Thalian then a jump is expected in Residencia?

I also heard that CBR elections are delayed for a while so that have also impacted transfer & preices.

Yes CBR is very under valued, in 45 lac budget one can get a 10 marla possession plot and one 5 marla file or may be 5 marla possession plot.

You can also consider Airport Green Garden which is opposite to Top City G Block.

They have the NoC...don't know the current status of on ground development work...but it was going on a few months back when I visited it.

5 Marla all dues clear file is 38-40 Lacs... Balloting is due in the end of 2021

I think the areas near new north service road will get huge bump in some months.

TC has seen it's big dip back in 2017. For me Hills bubble will burst atleast once for market-correction.

Faisal Hills already down due to that "fine" issue.

Investors moved to B17 G Block where prices of 5 Marla saw a jump from 35 Lacs to 50-55laxs in 3 months

Yes it will. It should had already. The issues now:

- Too many With Land Files in circulation that's a rift in demand-supply.

- Elections pending due to COVID restrictions and unless new body elected transfered are stopped.

The plus point is that it gives you a ballotted file with ongoing development against land with Category plot under one million. It suits all those that desire a plot under 1 million bracket and can wait 2 - 3 years.

I think FMC is better than FH as FMC is touching with B-17 A block and still prices or reasonable if there is no water issue.MA will game changer for whole zone-2 so invest anywhere one ground clear plots.
