Short question: in dhai phase2, sector a to j has more potential of roi or

Short question: in DHAI Phase2, which sector is best for roi for a 10 years long term investment? Sector "A to J" has more potential of ROI or sectors KLMNOP or Phase 2 Ext ?

I believe DHA 2 sec "A to J" will always be more costlier even after 10 years than any other sectors and saturation wont ever effect it.. What ever the percentage any other sector will appreciate over time, sec "A to J" will appreciate on equal rate.. Is it true or is it better to go for other sectors for long term investment ?

Also are there any risk factors involved in DHA Ph2 Ext ? How good is it for long term investment ?

The budget also is very important. I feel even if one has a good budget of 10 to 15 million, even then for log term investment it is advised to buy 2 or 3 undeveloped plots rather than 1 single developed plot which has possession in hand..

However advocates of vice versa believe a single plot with possession is better than 2 without possession be it DHAI even..

I mean a kanal plot in phase 2 Sec KLMN can never be greater in price than the one in sec A to J, even after decade !

Also.. Because files business is not easy to understand as they are not tranfered on buyers name and has glitches of allocation/affidavit files etc.. But for non filers like me i guess thats a good option as no tax on files.. I wonder if these files will have development charges or taxes later on or not..
