I wish to invest 10m in CDA sectors for 1-2 years. Quite confused about which sector to invest in for maximum gains in said time period. Expert advice/guidance will be much appreciated. Thanks.
only an only go for possession sectors, i will suggest to check I-11 25x50, 25x60 in your budget, gas lines work has started, main roads are being carpeted. but not a big recent price jump from last 6-8 months.
As I-12 5 marla prices are touching 90 lac with no development, I-15 prices are touching 80 lac, so I-11 prices are looking under valued right now.
You might also check I-14 30x60 or 25x60
