I am an Overseas Pakistani living in London.
Please can you advise which one is better investment shop or apartment?
I am personally looking to buy a shop in Rawalpindi or Islamabad or another big City but there are so many projects, plazas in Bahria, etc… then it is hard to decide where to invest?
Are there any good companies that will definitely deliver?
I am looking to buy at early stage, pre-launch stage on instalments or in full but concerned if they will actually deliver or not.
Which are good projects or companies that I should be looking into that are safe?
I am flexible but prefer within budget of 30 to 35 lacs.
