Dear Gurus, please advise if investment in PECHS is okay for short to mid term?
If anyone wants to build a dream house (2 Kanal) in 2-3 years , will this society become livable ? Will be grateful for your valuable inputs and recommendations… I want to buy there because as of now its cheapest possessioned option. surroundings are very expensive i.e. Mumtaz and Top Cities.
