This project is located in so called islamabad complex and wast to be completed many years ago. Construction has been stopped for whatever reasons. It located in a very desirable area of e11hence i am interested in it. Can you shed some light as to if it is a real project and what is stopping to be complete, should i make an investment in this building as i have an opportunity to buy a flat at 2002 cost.!
Seems to me a dead investment if the prices have not spiked according to the other real estate projects.
