Selling Single Story Structure Of 35*70 (11 Marla) Corner Plot Margalla F

Aoa, maray pas G/14-4 main corner plot hai jis ko double road lagti hai aur Margalla facing hai. Size 3570 hai aur single story ka *structure tak complete hai matlab k plaster ho gya hai.

Ab problem yeh aa raha hai k I don't have enough money to complete it. Aur price os ki around 1.90 k qareeb hai is halat main.. Ab mai puchna yeh chah raha hoon k either to sell it? Or retain it?.. Aur + agar main sell kar doon tau kon si aisi jagah hai jidhar mujhe koi acha aur jaldi return milay ya agar main koi rent wali jaga kharidoon tau muje handsome rent milna shuru ho jaye.

Main nay chand flats dekhay thay Safari Enclave + F-10 walay... Udher flat 1 crore ka tha and kiraya 60,000 day rahay thay loag. (Matlab kay yeh rent main nay isi website par dekha hai.) Wallah Hu Aalam..

Awais Sahab i think you should find the rental rates in the area where your uncompleted house is situated and get some loan to complete your house and put it on rent. Now the revenue collected from the rental property will help you in paying off the loan and in the end you will not have a fully constructed house but also a monthly accumulation of rental money…

I agree with Zain dont go for loan, try your best to save your self as possible from loan.

There are interest free loan options as well brothers! i suppose you haven’t heard about them…

You know you can always find someone who can give you Qarz-e-hasna... Going for loan doesn't always mean that you have to walk into some bank...

I dont think now a days people or any organization gives Karz-e-hasna. Even if some body willing to give karz-e-hasna he will probably give few thousand not few lacs.

I will recommend you to retain it, stop work on it. Wait and save some more money from whatever your sources of income are. People take many months to save and then complete the houses in G-13 and G-14, i will never recommend you to sell it, you will loose 1 crore selling it in this condition, people are demanding 2.5 Crores for 10 marla houses in G-14/4 and houses are being sold above 2.25, Else it is your decision. For rental i will recommend PHA and Housing Flats in G-11, Islamabad, as no private flats in Islamabad have given NOC by CDA, only these 2 have Government stamps and rent is good also.
