Selling House In E-11/3 But Owner Passed Away And Nominees Are Not Agreeing

Aoa,

My grandmother had a house in E-11/3 in MPCHS. She gave nominations of 4 people including me and my 3 aunts. However, my grandmother passed away a few months ago and we are trying to sell the house but nobody is agreeing on anything. As far as I know all 4 of us have to agree on selling it (to an outside person or to one of us who has the ability to buy it) and only then can it be sold. However, I was thinking of selling my share in it to one of the nominees or any outside person as I am in need of some money. Is it possible that I sell my nomination in that house to someone? I also have the original transfer letter which was issued to my grandmother. Please give some solutions to this problem.

You should consult a lawyer for that, you can not sell your nomination if the property is litigation, and you can sell it to one of the nominees, other than that, I would recommend you to consult a lawyer who can help you in this regard.

There are proper laws governing the process of inheritance in Islam bro. See whether you or the nominated even come in the circle of inheritors and divide the property according to the percentages allotted to each one of you.
