Hello everyone, my name is Zulfiqar and I'm new to this forum.
I have a plot in DHA Phase 8 Karachi which I am thinking about selling but first need expert opinion.
I had bought the plot which measures 500 square yards back in 1999 and now want to sell it to buy plots in Bahria Town Karachi and DHA City.
Now my real question is, is it worth it to sell my plot and buy plots in the above mentioned places, purely for investment purposes?
I have gotten a offer for 2 crore 75 lac on my phase 8 plot, if I sell it and buy and hold plots for the next 5-7 years in Bahria Town and DHA City will it be a good investment, or should I just hold on to this plot and maybe in the future I will get more?
Which will be better, buying 2 plots each in BTK and DHA City and holding it for 5-7 years, will that give me more return or just having one plot in Phase 8?
