A government dept wants to purchase a commercial building for use as their hq.
Do i need to ask them for proof that they have ministry permission or is the dept itself allowed to enter into the deal as they are claiming ?
The rest of the terms are straightforward.
Ahmed if you are about to sell your space in Lahore you should better contact LDA for selling your space to government body, and if you are about to sell it in some other city thn likewise you have to contact the concerned authority of the city. Like CDA in Islamabad etc.
