I have plot in b-17 e-block, the value is almost same as i purchased it 3 years back. Should i sell it? I am buying a property which i think has better return in next 6-12 months. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

I have honest request you can sell your plot of B-17 E block because E-block will take long way to develop. I had a plot in E-block and no was 1662 and i sold in 17.75 lacs in Nov-2015 due to need of money for some other project. After that i remembered prices increased little bit due to possession of E-block plots in Dec-15 or Jan-16.
I dont think the market of that plot is more than 19-20 lacs currently. Thats was the only boom which has passed last few months.
In my opinion next boom will be only with inauguration of new airport which will be most likely next year.
If you really have good option as you mentioned then just dispose your plot.
