I am considering selling a shop in the near future but wanted to know the procedure , i have a person who leases the shop and was wondering what the process would be to sell with sitting tenant. I think this would be easier as the person will have income from existing tenant if they choose to buy. How would it would work what do i need to do to start the process.
Selling advice and tax implications would be helpful to.
