Dear all,

I am selling my 7 Marla plot in Umer block, safari valley, phase 8, Bahria town, Rawalpindi.

Plot is developed located in street no.31, it's a general plot but level and developed, ready for construction, park is located in the same street as well after two plots, entrance from main boulevard as well.

I am getting an offer of 35 but the dealer is asking for 1 month's time, I want to get it transferred before Eid, if not, then I will keep it. What do we expect in Bahria phase 8 after Eid?

What are the expert suggestions on this? Also need to know is the offer fair?

The offer seems fair according to the market situation, infact its a good offer. If you need cash, you can go for it as the dealer will probably try to sell it to some prospective buyer during this month instead of getting it transferred in his name. If you don’t foresee any short term cash requirements, you should keep it for as long as you can. Prices will keep rising, although a little slowly now, I think.

Thanks Alot Amjad bhai, i actually am need of 5 Lac Rs. Before Eid, so i guess i will try something else, because even after selling this one, i won't be able to buy anything else if the prevailing market condition/scenario remains same, where the rates of plots in morning are different and in the evening they are different. Any more suggestions/Advice on the offer ? Pk1 ? Syed Ibrahim? Sheikh Abdul?

Offer is very goood and the time scale he has asked for isnt too bad. Ask for 5 lakh biana. Market is abit slow around safari valley at the moment.

Aoa.

My personal opinion is the offer is very good should be taken but after eid you will not get this plot at this rate for sure... If you can hold till the end of November it can give you at least 40 lacs. The prices have slowed down but still growing.... The upper cap for safari in ph 8 is expected to be around 55to 65 lacs..... After that the prices will be stable as in ph 1 to 3 in bahria..
