I am overseas pakistani and last month i have purchased brand new 5 marla house and rented out both the stories now i came back and tanets are complaining that there is heavy seepage in the bathroom my question is that is there any professional company in rawalpindi / islamabad who can work with gurantte to stop the seepage and what will be the cost..Kindly advise
If seepage is heavy source may be either damaged water supply lines or sewerage lines... So instead of finding professional companies find an experienced plumber he will find out source and rectify it.
Cost will be determined once source is identified and scope of work is worked out..... It can be from few thousands to complete reconstruction of washroom...
Sealing of leaky lines is possible…
Better to replace the whole water line with Metal line with plumber.It may cost u bit more but it will last for long time .Do not use plastic material lines in bathroom.
