I want to buy a plot in pakistan and am currently considering b-17. Is it a good choice? If yes, then should i invest in block-d or block-g? I am planning on holding the plot for atleast 3-4 years

G is safe option but look like over price so if you like to hold 3 to 4 years then wait B-17 H block is on the way and i think MPCHS going to launch next year.

Well, i would suggest to look at New city phase 2. It has its own motorway interchange and development standards are very good. Look for developed plot in M, G, L Blocks. With arcadia launch, prices have risen. B-17 has too much dust issue, under ground water issue and no direct motorway access.
