There are adds on internet regarding I-12 plots which have been allotted to residents of sector E-12. The asking price of 30 x 60 plot is 1600000 PKR (6 lac down payment + 10 lac at the time of transfer).
Experts opinion is required in this regard. How much risk is involved? What are the issues in transfer allotment from direct affectees. Whether its possible without heavy investment in bribes to CDA vultures?

Thats interesting. Naveed sb is it I-12 or E-12? Your post’s header suggests its I-12 but the body of your text message talks about I-12 & e-12 as well. It wold be better if you may please provide the web-links of those advertisement about which you are talking.
@Naveed Sb: I read your post again and found that you were accurate in your saying; I missed what you said at the first instance. BTW, I am unaware that E-12 residents have actually been given plots in an alternate place, I-12.
Can you please share the add, i haven’t read any add or news like this.
