Scoring system for plots?

Can we develop a scoring system for features for each society or area and which ever gets more score will be better for buyers. I think the following features should be taken into consideration: 1.Location=15% 2.Management type(govt or society or single ownership)=10% 3.Price=15% 4.Development standard=20% 5.Possession certainty=15% 6.Access to hospital/school/shopping areas=10% 7.Distance to islamabad =5% 8.Distance to highway=10%

Top city-1 score=65% Pechs score=73% Bahria=70% Cda sectors(i-15,i-16)=70% B-17=66% Ghauri town=74% Please assess and share your score for each feature.

@shakeel....Everyone has different preferences. For example one person wants to be near pindi because he may have his business there, for him i-14 has high marks for location. For another person who has a business in taxila or wah, for him b-17 location has high marks. Another person works in islamabad, for him g-14 makes sense. Another person is an employee of civil aviation, he would like to live in pechs or top city. Similarly, people compare cda sectors and societies differently. For example, a friend of mine who has lived all his life in govt housing zone 1, for him societies, dha and bahria town are out of the question - so he bought a small plot in g-14/4 instead of moving to one kanal in dha or multi. Another person i know, does not like the broken roads and mess around g-14, he likes clean environment for his kids even if he has to move far to bahria, dha or multi. So all of them give different weightage to different factors.

Pk1 explains ture facts i agree with him.Every person have his own preference as i like most development standards and peaceful place and in these categories bahria town and multi are best so i like the most is bahria and b-17.
