Scope of Investment in mixed-use projects

I have been coming across encouraging figures from the construction industry due to the development of hundreds of mixed-use projects in several parts of the city, especially Lahore and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Do you guys think its now time to invest in commercial outlets or apartments instead of plots?

It would be great if you gave your reasons in detail.

It would be good unlike anything else. My suggestion depends on well maintained lightened areas. Plots are diminishing and activities are happening in surroundings. Set example of Karachi could help us to know more of it, where theres less space.
