DHA Lahore is safe place of investment, DHA serve the people from last many year, according to your budget buy some file of DHA phase 9,

DHA Islamabad is potentially a very good area to invest in, but keeping in mind your budget you cannot purchase a plot in develop sectors of DHA Islamabad.

better option would be to purchase a file and give installments. This type of investment is good for future and will also fall in your budget
