Sanitary fittings

I'm renovating my house and need some recommendations regarding sanitary fittings. I know grohe is of good quality but quite expensive. I came across another brand called zilver!

Does any one know about it and can guide with regards to it's quality. Is it same as grohe or close in terms of quality?

Grohe is superior and costly rest many branded fittings are available but varies in costs.
