Saadi sb how is the Bahria market for sale/purchase of built up houses as compared to DHA 2? where do you think it would be easier to sell a newly constructed house? Thanks.

For syed amjad sb...Sir i will personally prefer dha 2 as it is much safer and secure than bahria town...Bahria town has may houses for sale in every phase where as demand is a bit less for houses.Even no bank provides any type of loan for construction at bahria town which means it is legally a bit weaker than dha .People usually prefer plots in bahria town..I think dha 2 is a better option..

@ syed amjad…I have very reliable persons dealing in dha 2…If you are interested in buying a plot there,i can buy you a one…5 marla is much better as its sale purchase is fast as compared to 10 marla…Conatct at my mail sir if you are interested in any deal…
I sure will Saadi sb very shorty as I am in the process of shoring up the finances for this venture. First I will get a plot from you, then I would want you to sell the house after a few months when its ready…I hope you will be able to manage both!

You can try contacting 2/3 dealers to cross cheque before buying or selling even if you do it through your reliable dealer.
