I want to ask experts about selling or hold plot in sector c 10 marla bahria enclave1. People i ask about this,give 2 different advices:
1st is that hold the plot and wait for the second or third quater of 2014 :
2nd group advice for sale the plot bcoz more number of installment you paid will attract less investor because of the bigger investing amount? Plz help.

the factor of larger amount of investment is correct but still if overall prices get improved in bahria. Price of ur plot wil also get a boost. So, i think holding is not a bad option if u don't have any other good investment opportunities.
