Can you please tell me if it is safe to buy a house in saima villas, it is besides al habib restaurant and northern by-pass. I am interested in buying 160 sq yards house, it will cost me around 66 lac. What you people suggest about it.
Saima Builders is a reputed name in Karachi. They have delivered many projects in Karachi and currently many are under progress.
On super highway you have two options to select from. Saima and Bahria Town.
In Bahria Town Karachi you can book 200 yards BTK villa for total cost of 62-63 lacs, payable in installments.
Keeping in view the pace of development in Bahria Town, it is more likely that Bahria will be populated before any other housing scheme on Super Highway. Moreover for better returns on investment Bahria town is the best.
Thanks Abid, You are absolutely about BTK, but right now the villa will be available from agents only and they are giving it by taking own, which is actually variable on daily basis. Nowadays, the own is 15 lac or something. So these days BTK villa will be available at 30 lac price, which I don’t have right now. I can manage 15 lac somehow therefor this is the range issue too :(, what is your suggestion?

Yep explored Saima Elite Villas, it was an small project and it is way expensive, the same 160 sq. Yards bungalow will cost of 93 lac as per I remember, I visited it 6 months ago, when it was launch. I believe it must be fully booked you hardly will find a good location in the project, perhaps you can check it.
Don't know about saima green valley.

Considering on Super Highway, Saima Villas is too expensive. One can still get a 200 yards villa in Bahria Town Karachi for 62-63 lacs (including market own). Plus there is no match between Bahria and Saima.
In Saima Project you will never find Hospitals, Five Star hotels, Theme park, Golf Course, Zoo but all these are part of Bahria Town. More importantly, Bahria's Rapid Bus transport service to and from Down town.
