I am interested in buying a 13 Marla house in Safari Villas 3 its going for Rs. 20000000. Is their room for growth in this price? Or it has pretty much reached the ceiling already? Any advice would be welcome.

Yes construction quality is not good. Seepage and many other issues, and saadi gave a very nice idea of buying a plot and constructing yourself according to your needs and wants.
