Dear all i am a overseas pakistani i buy a 5 marla plot in bahria town lahore in 2015 & receive a paper from bahria office of my ownership.I didn’t apply for possession yet because i don’t have any plans for construction.My question is what will be the ruling of taxation or bahria town will charge any fee for not constructing. Kindly advise regards…
