Can informed people please update us about the rund enclave.
1 - is it rda approved?
2 - what are general expectations about development company? I hope it doesn't become another gulberg or dha valley
3 - how much return can we expect in this society?
4 - why are its rates so low? Do they already have possession of all the land they are marketing?
Its not yet RDA approved. NOC is under process.
It's a long term project.
In my view, prices are only low in comparison to other societies. Pricing is fair, considering NOC status.
As per my knowledge, they have land.
Development is slow, again due to NOC status.
Location is good.
With RRR its a gold mine and without RRR its a coal mine.
