By throwaway account he means he wont use the ID again. He is not saying this money is throwaway for him. Rs 10-12 crore is a huge amount but not a crazy number. There are quite a few others with that kind of money who come to this forum for guidance.

On the original post: bro, with this kind of money, you should most definitely invest in commercial plots in DHA. That will give you better return in trading, or you can build and sell in small denominations (shops/flats).
