This project is very slow and owners are sleeping, if you see other projects in manawan all are finished. Royal enclave starting in 2016 and today 2018 and still nothing there. I don't know why naib is not taking action against such socities. Peoples don't know the plot numbers, plot locations even they don't know when balloting and possession. Area also very cheap.
