Salaam. Can anyone share the information about Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme, located in E-16? What would be the future of this society after the launching of New Airport? Is it safe to make a long term investment in this society?

Isnt it feasible for long term as well ? I if we make a small investment of around Rs.200,000 and the rest will be paid in 5-6 years, dont u think it will pay a good result ?

Its a very good society actually, probably the best society in the whole of Islamabad....its so good that it doesn't even have a head office, need I say more?
if you invest and you have a problem, whom are you going to? the head office is always closed? estate agents will not have nothing to do with you? do you really think its a wise move? you have more chance of winning blackjack at a casino than you have of getting any type of return when investing in rp. Good luck if you decide to invest there.

I visited site today n let me tell you the reality.roshan Pakistan society have 2600 plot of diff size in society.n more then 90 percent sold out already so they don’t need to advertise more n its not big society like others that’s why dealers n in investers are not in it.as for as development is concern thy are doing it I saw on site today n land is already plain n good land n in shape already .sites office exist on site you can go n discuss wide them.and I am giving you breaking news that 2 houses already in construction phase n one of it in front of society office own by CDA assistant director 'I personally met him today.so its safe for investment don’t worry as in same sector cabinet division rates are double, only diff is that there roads are carpeted.also RP planing to take land for there separate gate before cabinet.thy revising prices in this month .current rate of 11 marla is 17lac n I took in 14old prices with down payment of 5.5 lac.I have links in society if anyone interested to buy in old price within one month, can contact me after 5pm.contact 03215026410

If CDA’s Asst. Director has not been given a complementary plot and he has purchased the plot in RP, then I really appreciate his confidence.
Its not complementary.he purchased in 14 lac approx 6 month back n started house there u can go n check that.also few plots has been taken by his relatives I personally met him.he is assist park manager of Damien e koh park wht else u all want.I also taken plot there few days back I m also defence officer.I don’t knew why shaikh sab so much against rap.even check CDA sit navalancharage 'few Behria phase’even ghori town n many others have no noc.its not matter I think.sambara n rp are same.sambara did 3 4 project in hyd n thy build flats in bani gala isb also planning in river garden.so don’t you worry its safe.
