I'm an old buyer and they gave me markings at site & asked me to build a boundary wall if required. I saw in the scheme many people have made low height walls on their plots.
Yes they have land acquisition problem & the NOC has not been renewed. I don't think they can solve the problem soon. My advise is to get your markings & take posession!

I am an old buyer and waiting for a long time, always listing the same problems of NOC and land acquisition. I don't know what they going to do with the existing land. I have seen once boundaries of plots there but if construction does not start then boundaries are useless. OR they should sale the project to some other developers like cabinet division or anybody else if they can not get NOC from govt.
CDA says they are waiting for post NOC formalities. What are post NOC formalities?
