When is the express way road between garden city (dha serene city) and bt phase 8 through block p is going to be connected??
1 km of disputed land which is hurdle to connect this road… Disputes never get solved unless a mafia is behind it 
Hmmmmm BUT DHA Serene City/Garden City and Malik Riaz both should be able to resolve this… Its ridiculous if they are going to just leave that road unconnected…

Once, to get the access of BT phase 1-6 from GT road, there were brutal killings of the villagers on the spot!
Taji Khokhar is in jail. It is absolutely impossible to get that path with normal form and manifestation.
Malik Riaz is deadly silent on the merger handover now.
Last week the mail was sent to him again but so far no reply from him!

SO people who have bought Plot in Block P are stuck forever? If they cannot get access??
@investor block P is connected to rest of phase 8. And phase 8 is connected to GT road through its own road or by crossing through DHA 1. Garden city road will provide it a shortcut
between block p is a good option to buy 1 kanal plot file and if u can wait for 2, 3 years

I already have a 1 Kanal plot in Block P. I am just concerned that I wont be able to build my house if the Land disputes do not settle and I am stuck forever..
Also ,I mainly bought in block P as I was expecting the shortcut to GT road through Garden City would be great for Block P so I invested there...
But now I am concerned about this Disputed Land situation due to the presence Gurha Village and they wont gain any access through Garden City.

If BT GC/DHA-3 merger gets materialized, you will get access through GT road but when ! Only Allah knows.
This much awaited access will connect GT Road to GC and distant of GC will shorten from 18km to just a a few minute drive!
It has been Over 12 years… Will they do it in our life time???

Actually villagers are ready to surrender as they are tired of being sandwiched between mafia and BT but there are very strong politicians who are determined to stop MR getting this huge benefit. BT will be in such a benefit which is beyond the imagination. Cutting 18 plus km to mere 3km to GC from GT road is a gigantic plus for BTs.
The opposing forces are so strong that even DHA-3 is still not successful to conclude the merger.
But people are telling now, that this way or that way, this drama is going to see its drop seen before the Pindi ring road construction. Two firms have already been short listed this week to start on PC1.
@abdul qayum bhai is there any news that MR is looking for an alternate route to bypass that village with an extra loop of 3 to 5 km??
Alternate route will be a good idea but that Japan Road is still in the middle
P block is still a very good investment, we have just completed purchase and were told by the head office that possession is being given within 2 weeks for the plot(asterisk).
Currently you can access P block from 2 routes
1- through Safari valley or inner ring road
2-From PSO pump go up the Takht-Pari forest road and to Bahria Hamlets which links P block!
If you take the second route, P block is still closer than A block
If you consider both A block and Hamlets are around 80 lacs+ P is a brilliant option
We are being punished for having faith in them. How ridiculous.

@Arslan, Can I ask you the Purchase Price? I also have 1 kanal Plot in Block P I got Last year for 45 Lakhs but its not asterisk plot

One of the important points of BT/DHA-3 merger was, to manage this GT access by DHA as MR failed to get this!
This DHA-3 access from GT road is a bit loger than BT's disputed one, more than 5 km.
But now sub khundut main hay!
MR in present times cannot do the old things and the DHA-3 has to go by book and this problem cannot be solved by book unless MR hand over GC and DHA gets its own access.
MR is now trying his best to touch his phase-8 to ringroad and to succeed also with his access to the new airport. He has already left land for the airport access.
There is more juice in this drink than GT access, now.
Let us wait PC1 feasibility of ringroad which has already started.
May be if mafia sees MR being successful with airport or ring access, the piece of cake gets reduced in size as now villagers are also willing to surrender and MR is ready to build an other bigger Masjid in place of the one which is being affected by the access.
