I need your valuable opinions as I am an overseas Pakistani considering investing in RIVER VIEW SOUTH PHASE-IV, DHA RAWALPINDI.

Do you think this scheme has great potential for living purposes? Are the future prices expected to soar in this area? And what about the land quality? Is any filling required?

I would really appreciate any information or insights you can provide about this scheme.
