Hmm...yes it will have a very positive afffect on the societies near new airport. But we are anxious that when they will start the work on airport road network. Anyhow, Its good news for TOP/ Mumtaz City.

But how much large starches of land allocated for the 10 to 12 lane superhighway in the master plan of TC…they may need to bulldoze existing development and give compensation, etc.

on the IQ of those who think that 10- 12 lane super highway is required for the link road to airport. It will require at the most 4 lane road, which can be easily built through Top City -1.
@BR.ZR Malik look like you never visited the recent expansion in Kashmir highway…they built a massive 12 lane road…wider than any runway in Pakistan…hahhahaha u think only four lane are suffienct for this…
If it will implement then future will be bright of TOP CITY inshAllah.

I visited the airport area And nearby societies before eid. Although there is no sign of construction of airport link road, yet the development of nearby societies is in full swing including TC, MC, PECHS blocks K & M, Graceland society, Min of Comm.
All societies within the radius of 4km. See the condition of Peshawar airport, now it is closed for night operations. If it happened at Islamabad airport, then no airline will fly to Pakistan and you can simply shut down airport.
There is hell of difference between Peshawar and Isb. Bro
Any updates as regards to development of local societies like pechs, top city, mumtaz city, and when possession will be given?
Development work is at good pace in the societies near new airport. TopCity-1, Mumtaz City, Pechs etc all are working at good speed and with new enthusiasm because now they are sure about the link of new airport through these societies. Lets hope and see the airport functional by mid next year and there will be a bang bang in the prices of these societies IA.
Peshawar and Islamabad are different. But do you know how many airlines had already stopped flying to Pakistan because of the security situation. You should also remember what happened 2-3 months back at Karachi airport.
