Just 50 days back a project of 4 kanal farm house plots was launched, 3 km away from Islamabad Int.Airport, initial booking price was 60 lac after some days it was 75 lac & it would be around 100 lac in next month, already shared all info regarding this project on this forum by me when it was launched,few plots are available if anyone needs further assistance or want to invest pls feel free to contact with me.

FT is still quite decent but it has already seen quite a rise in recent past so possibly slow gains now. In comparison, surroundings of FT are still economical and with better growth. Therefore with lots and lots of societies and options avaiable, people have more choices to look elsewhere with low price options and not just limited to established but expensive ones, comparatively!
Thanks imtiaz sb… Any suggestions regarding investment shift from FT for short term gains
I am not sure if shift can be good or bad as I don’t have much technical insights on the future prospects of FT. However, CBR 2, FOECHS, I-16 are all good options and with good bit of growth expected.
