Alraheem gardens are good but there are few homes. Not an organized socity. Rates are quite high.
Valencia & NFC phase-1 are better than wapda town because ganda nala in wapda town is an issue. You can buy new 10-Marla house in these both socities. My family members are living in both socities and they r satisfied.

Come to dha phase 8 best living. In same amount u would get a 10 marla in phase 5 also. Check divine gardens also near possession but some issues. Look at askri 11 askri 10 eden avanue extension. Where there are secure gated communities
Trying staying in cantt as you have the budget and living is better.
Bahria Town.
Bahria Town, no doubt there are very high standards of development. But it far avay from my job place (kalma chowk)
Come to defence , very good place and phase 4 is near to kalma chowk. Plus all markets available near to your home. you can easily get 10 marla in phase 3-4. May be you shall be able to save some money also.
Bahria may be very well developed but is like 40km from city center not wise considering the prices of fuel.
