I want to invest in 4 marla house in g 11 or 5 marla house in i-10.
Which sector is better for rent value.Where i have to invest. Please guide me.
What is rent value in both sectors.
I think G-11 has more rental values than I-10.
Btw house is not the best option for rental, you should look for shops or commercial.
Go for 5 marla house in I-10. Although both sectors are known good for rentals but i think in the budget of a 4 marla house in G-11, you can get a 6 marla old house in I-10 instead.
rentals for both given the size would be almost similar but i think I-10 house should give more if you can find a 6 marla house. Also depends upon the condition and location of house. G-11/1 has better rentals than G-11/2. I-10/1&2 has better rentals than I-10/4.
Also 4 marla is too small to live in. Have some mercy on your future tenants and buy something more than 4 marla if it costs the same.
In my point of view G-11 is more valuable then the I-10 but you invest 5 marla house in G-11 not for 4 marla
