As per my info, yes you can find tenants but the rental yields are not on the higher side. People who can afford to pay more are always looking for an option closer to Islamabad e.g. Phase 1-6, PWD or even DHA. Most people who come here are those who are looking for affordable options, which is further compounded by the availability of a wide range of options ranging from Awami villas to bahria homes to private houses. You should definitely talk to a few dealers in the area posing as a prospective tenant just to see what the market is like these days.
