Need to invest 20 to 25 million rupees in lahore. Please help to discuss the following options.
1) buy a house for rental income?
2) buy plot(s) for capital growth?
Please suggest best & secure rental markets and location for plots for capital growth investments.
Flats are better than homes, easy to manage and easy to dispose off as compared to houses as far as rental income is concerned.
For plots DHA and Bahria are good options.
Also consider Islamabad for rental income or plots, Capital's market is way better then Lahore Real Estate Market.
