We are looking to construct a 7 storey plaza on our own land on gt road. It will be located just after gt road meets islamabad highway (high chauk toll plaza)
Plaza is around 70,000sqft in total.
We are just gathering prices from contractors etc but wanted to ask what kind of rental income could we expect per sqft? Its our first ever project so new to this.
First 4 levels will be commercial then next 3 will be residential flats
Appreciate any advice
