Can any one help me to know that where is rent controller office located in rawalpindi? And how much time it takes to register a rent agreement and what charges applies???

I don't think there would be any rent controller office though it is the requirement in Law. Usually a Civil Judge or District n Session judge has additional portfolio of rent controller. You should go to civil courts Rawalpindi and ask people sitting outside about Rent Controller.
Registering an agreement has exhorbitant rates. For example if an agreement is for 5 years. Per month rent is multiplied by 60 ( No of Totak Months). 10 % or a little more fee is collected which is too much. Banks and Multi Nationals use this option.
But you have other options too instead of registering an agreement with rent controller.
