Now that REITs are on their way to becoming mainstream in Pakistan, a separate thread needs to be dedicated to this topic.
My first question:
After Dolmen, Silk Bank has also launched a REIT. But I can’t figure out how to invest in it.
So far only one REIT project is publicly listed on stock exchange and that is Dolmen City REIT but the two other upcoming REITs schemes being launched will go public on stock exchange in 3 years time.
Dolmen City stocks haven’t appreciated much but its dividend yield historically been very good - always more than 8% and mostly/usually more than 10% which are great returns.
