My father have a land in barakoh, and after he died, i do the varsat, now i want to sell the land its on my name and my mother, what is the procedure, last time it took 3 full days for varsat, 1st affidvate then the number daar, then patwari then tasildar, two much headache, don't want to waste another 3 days, whats the shortcut to sale it, i can't bring my mom now a days becuase she is ill and we are living in another city.
